1. Price & Delivery

The prices listed on OMG Store Nepal include VAT (where applicable under Nepalese tax law).

We offer free delivery inside [Valley / Kathmandu Valley] for orders above a minimum value. For orders below that minimum, a delivery charge will apply.

Outside the Valley, delivery charges may apply. Timing of deliveries depends on your location; inside the Valley orders will typically arrive within 20-90 minutes after confirmation.

2. Age Restriction & Consent

You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your location) to view, order, or purchase products from this website.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase these items.

If we discover that you are underage or otherwise legally not permitted to purchase, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.

3. Adult Content & Use

This website contains content that may be sexually explicit or intended for an adult audience. It is designed for consenting adults who are comfortable with such content.

If you are offended by such content, or if viewing adult material is illegal in your location, please do not use this website.

4. Contract Between Us

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming your order summary. Once payment is confirmed, we will process your order and prepare it for dispatch.

A contract for sale between you and OMG Store Nepal is formed only when we send you an email confirming that your order has been dispatched.

5. Pricing Errors & Price Changes

Though we try to keep all prices accurate, mistakes may happen. If we find an error in the pricing of a product you ordered, we will notify you and give you options: purchase at the corrected price or cancel the order.

If we cannot contact you in a reasonable time, we may cancel the order. If you have already paid, we will give you a full refund.

OMG Store Nepal reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, etc.) is the property of OMG Store Nepal or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or otherwise use any content from this site for commercial use without our prior written permission.

7. Appropriate Use of Information

The products and information on this website are for personal use by adults. You are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

We may provide guidance or suggestions for safe use, but this does not substitute for professional medical or legal advice.

8. Liability & Shortfalls

If an item is delivered with incorrect quantity, missing parts, or is defective, you must inform us within 2 working days of delivery. We will address the issue (e.g. replace or refund) after verifying the claim.

Our liability for shortfalls is limited to correcting the shortfall only.

9. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, that part will be struck out or modified, but the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
