Refund and Returns Policy

At OMG Store Nepal, we value your satisfaction and well-being. Because some of our products deal with intimate hygiene and personal safety, we have specific guidelines for refunds and returns. Please read carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

Only products with the original seal intact (i.e. absolutely unopened and unused) are eligible for return.

Once a product’s seal is broken or it has been used in any way, it is considered non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the product you want to return.

Upon receipt, we’ll inspect the returned item to confirm the seal is intact and it’s unused.

If the product passes inspection, we’ll issue the refund.

3. Deduction & Charges

If there are any import charges or customs fees, these may be deducted from the refund amount. We will inform you about any such charges before processing.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the product was damaged, defective, or the wrong item was delivered.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Any item whose seal has been broken or that has been used.

Items that are damaged due to misuse after delivery.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide photos or evidence of the damage or error to help us resolve the issue.

We will cover shipping for replacement or refund in such cases.

6. Refund Timeline

Once we accept a return, please allow some time for inspection, processing, and refund.

Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used when placing the order (unless otherwise arranged).

Depending on the payment method and bank processing times, refunds may take several days to reflect in your account.
